| Biography |
2003: MordylouS, Metsa-Ants and Hendric joined forces before the summer, to create a band playing heavy music. At first the idea was to play pure doom metal but eventually it came out as a rewarding mixture of doom and thrash metal. At first things went rather slowly - rehearsals didn't take part as often as they should have. But density was added and many rehearsals took place all over the summer, evolving the band.
The band then tested a new guitarist, Villa, who was ultimately crafty (yet not suitable for the band) and vocals by Ingel. Band making slackened considerably. Hendric left the band for personal reasons.
2004: The band resumed. Hendric rejoined (former) NeverRise. The vocals were again done by Haud, but he could not be a permanent member for the reasons of education, therefore he left. The band was then joined by Sandra, who brought synths and female vocals into the band. The latest member is Shanadelator, supporting with second guitar. Recently, the band was named from NeverRise to Aldevia.
On the tenth of december, the band was for the first time seen on stage under the name Aldevia. Unfortunately, Sandra left the band. At the concert she was replaced by Merike.
2005: Aldevia now has six members, with Sarvik supporting us on keyboards and Triinu with female vocals. Our newer creation is more and more inspired by doom metal and we strive to keep our music in that category. |
